Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return:

• Your item must be unused.
• Tags must not be removed.
• The product must not show any physical damage.
• It must be returned in its original packaging.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued in the form of store credits only. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.

Exchanges

We allow exchanges for size-related issues only. Requests for exchanges must be made on the same day of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Currently, all products are eligible for return/exchange if they meet the conditions above.

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product), we will cover the shipping costs.
• If the return is due to other reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size ordered), the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Processing Time

Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 7 business days after we receive your returned item.
